Busy, busy week

It's been busy week here. Sam's rabbit Tommy had developed a sniffy nose and I was not happy that it was clearing up by itself. So on Thursday morning we took him to see the vet. £23.50 later we had some antibiotics and a little syringe to squirt 0.25ml of medicine into his little mouth twice a day.
Yeah, that's fun...

Apart from that, he seems well. He has a clear chest, ears, eyes and his bottom's temperature was normal :)

If he is no better by the end of the week, we have to take him back. The trouble is with bunnies, as soon as they are poorly they can go downhill fast and before you know it, he could have pneumonia. We are taking no chances as he is so young.

And cute.. Awwwww.

Even though it is the holidays, I do expect a certain standard of cleanliness, I do not go on at the children too much over the tidiness of their bedrooms.

I do however expect that you should...

1) Make your bed every morning.

2) All cups and plates be brought downstairs at the end of the day.

3) That you can see the carpet and not have dirty clothes strewn about.

4) Finally... That your room doesn't resemble a pig's sty that only cats can stand the smell of...

In other news, the internet was cut off for two whole days. The children were beside themselves with worry that it would not return ....EVER.

Two whole days, TWO WHOLE DAYS........
We nearly died...

Katie had to play Minecraft off line, OFF LINE.....
She nearly died...

The children had to play the PlayStation together and take it in turns...TAKE IT IN TURNS...

They nearly died...

And before I go, here is a photo from my childhood. I'm at the front, in the red and blue jumper is Philip, in the blue jumper is Richard and behind us all is my brother Kevin.

Happy days :)
