Weight loss shopping list

I totally forgot to write down my weight loss shopping list from this Monday.

I went to weight watchers and I lost a further 3 1/2 lbs.
This is equivalent to:

Two bags of flour
One bag of rice
One bag of sugar
Two tins of cat food
One small bag of ground almonds
One small bag of sesame seeds
Two Jamaica ginger cakes
A six pack of jammie wagon wheels
A golden syrup cake
A double pack of Jaffa Cakes
and a pack of Oreo's...

    Seriously though, congratulations and very well done - it's not such an easy road to tread.

  2. Haha, no, I would not eat the cat food ;) but I must admit it smells nice and meaty sometimes. This will be the second time I have been to weight watchers and have lost weight. The last time I went was about 5 years ago and lost 4 stone. After that I managed to eat my way back up to where I am now. :( Trouble is, I love food and I have comfort eaten for so long now. It is one of the hardest things I have ever done. But this time I am determined to keep the weight off. I have a very poor relationship with food, I love it and it hates me, lol x
